Position Summary
The AI Sr. Analyst is an AI portfolio lead and a hands-on contributor role, responsible for enabling and accelerating the development of AI-powered applications across the enterprise using Microsoft Azure OpenAI and related technologies. This role sits within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization and supports the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions that enhance decision-making, automate processes, and unlock new business capabilities. The ideal candidate is a curious and technically skilled professional with experience in AI / ML, prompt engineering, and Azure services, and is passionate about operationalizing AI in a scalable, secure, and ethical manner.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across business functions.
Design and develop AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (e.g., GPT, embeddings, semantic search), Langchain, and other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML).
Build and maintain prompt libraries, fine-tuned models, and reusable components to support scalable AI application development.
Support the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
Assist in the development of internal frameworks and best practices for responsible AI use, including prompt testing, hallucination mitigation, and bias detection.
Contribute to the creation of curated datasets and semantic layers that support AI use cases.
Work with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and workflows using CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem to inform roadmap and strategy.
Universal Accountabilities
50% - Data Science : Key member of a team that develops and supports Energizer's AI / ML suite of products and applications.
40% - Program Management : Acts as cross-functional strategic partner in aligning program resources and priorities. Translates data and analytics needs from business partners into executable programs and ensures successful implementation.
10% - Communication : Develops and presents to multiple levels of departmental leadership, cross-functional groups, peers, and functional groups of associates in support of special projects and strategic initiatives.
What we are looking for
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Exposure to SAP data structures and integration with AI solutions.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles.
Business domain knowledge in CPG, including Sales, Supply Chain, or Finance.
Background in statistical analysis and presenting findings using Power BI, excel or integrating with other solutions.
Demonstrated success engaging with business partners and third parties to predict per the needs of the business and drive business value
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form. The position is designed to interact with numerous departments aiding them in the proper application of AI / ML, leading to functional improvement. Will require the skill to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Will be self-motivated, proactive, taking initiative and have exceptional problem-solving skills. Must work comfortably in a cross-functional setting and with business partners. Take accountability for the business's performance and have an ability to remain calm and composed under stress and uncertainty, inspiring the same in her / his team. Must also have a natural ability to make strong, lasting, and meaningful connection with others, which will aid in the execution of duties in this highly collaborative role.

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $76,000.07 / Yr. - USD $126,000.00 / Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
