Superintendent

Job Description

Manage daily jobsite operations, safety meetings, logistics, and manpower scheduling. Coordinate directly with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain critical path and budget discipline. Oversee site QA / QC - ensuring craftsmanship and punch-list items meet client standards. Lead all project meetings with a command of technical drawings and constructability insights. Drive performance through proactive communication and on-site leadership. Ensure all work complies with OSHA, local jurisdiction, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 in a superintendent capacity. Proven success on ground-up or major renovation projects ranging from $5M-$50M+. Adept in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; able to read and interpret detailed drawings and specs. Known for leadership under pressure - keeps the team focused, organized, and safe. Strong understanding of sequencing, site logistics, and managing self-perform crews or multiple trades. Collaborative mindset - works hand-in-hand with PMs to deliver projects that clients want to repeat.
