- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist with account opening, maintenance, and service requests.
- Execute and process client transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with custodians, investment platforms, and internal operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow firm and industry compliance guidelines. Qualifications : Qualifications
- Active FINRA licenses required : Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent).
- Active NYS Life, Accident & Health license
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably supporting financial advisors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning or investment software. Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000 yearly

Compensation :
$75,000-$85,000 per year
