Shift : 3x12 Days 6 : 30a-7p (Monday-Saturday)

Ratios : 1 : 2

Weekend REQ : Every other weekend

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : Yes, 2 weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and 1 PM call shift every 4 weeks.

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? No

Required / Preferred

Years of experience REQ : 1 year of acute dialysis experience

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) : Yes

License REQ : SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certs REQ : BLS

Certs Pref : ACLS

Trauma Level REQ : N / A

Equipment Experience Pref : Fresenius 2008T, Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines

Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
