Provider Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist to manage provider data and support the resolution of related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for reporting and claims payment

Research and resolve provider-related issues, including demographic changes and claims inaccuracies

Facilitate provider education, orientations, and maintain provider directories

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred

Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization

Experience in claims processing, billing, and / or coding

Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid

Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
