Job descriptionMaintenance and filing of repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms; compilation of lists of missing documents. Closure of all open invoices. Reconciliation of gas purchase statements. Assistance to the service and parts department by providing telephone coverage. Provision of clerical and secretarial support to parts and service departments. Collaboration with department manager to stay informed about new products and services, including their features, value, and any changes in price. Maintenance of a professional appearance at all times. Ensuring a neat and clean work area. Performance of other duties as assigned. Note : Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Automotive Service Receptionist / Cashier
Full-Time Opportunity : 5 Day Work Week - 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
$18.00 - $23.00 Hour base on experience
Job Description & Duties :
Handles transactions for services and parts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Reconciliation of customer bills is a key responsibility.
- Receipt of cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers, with accurate recording of received amounts.
- Provision of change to customers and issuance of receipts.
- Handling of customer complaints with integrity and composure; referral of dissatisfied customers to the
appropriate individuals for resolution when necessary.
