Position : LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)\nLocation : Alton, IL\nShift : Nights 3x12 (17 : 00–05 : 30) | Every other weekend | Holidays as needed\n\nUnit Details : \n\nFull-scope LDRP care : OB triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, mother-baby, nursery, and GYN surgeries\n\nAvg. Census : 8 | 10 visits / day | 20 rooms | 21 beds\n\nRatios : 1 : 1–1 : 8 depending on area\n\nFloat : Within women’s health service line\n\nRequirements : \n\n2+ years L&D experience (first-time travelers accepted)\n\nBLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate FHM (Advanced preferred)\n\nIV start, triage, and circulating experience required\n\nAdditional Info : \n\nIn-house hospitalist 24 / 7\n\nAnesthesiologist / CRNA on call 24 / 7\n\nScrubs provided | Free parking\n\nLocals accepted
