About the Role :

As our Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our practice by overseeing daily operations, supporting clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. You’ll be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, driving efficiency, and helping our practice grow while maintaining the highest standards of care.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven management experience , with a strong preference for candidates from healthcare or dental settings

Demonstrated ability in team leadership , operational oversight , and patient service excellence

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive, hands-on approach to supporting staff and improving workflows

Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
