In this position...

Our team is part of the incredible transformation underway at Ford Motor Company and you’ll have a chance to be a part of that movement. We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity.

This role will primarily support our facilities in Ohio (Cleveland Engine Plant, Ohio Assembly Plant, Lime Engine Plant and Sharonville Stamping Plant). The investigator is required to work onsite at least four days per week, for various shifts. Travel outside of Ohio may occasionally be required to assist other facilities across the United States.

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of HR investigative experience

Even better, you may have...

• Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or complex multi facility environment
• Prior experience specifically conducting EEO/harassment or other investigations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment.
• Master's degree in a Human Resource related field
• HR generalist and/or Labor specialist experience
• Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors and integrity combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and oral /written communication skills
