Description : Position Summary
Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a high-performance Regional Sales Manager to lead,
inspire, and drive sales performance across 8–11 studios in the Massachusetts & Rhode Island markets. This role is responsible for delivering top-line revenue growth, exceeding membership and ancillary service KPIs, and developing a
team of high-performing studio sales managers and sales staff. The ideal candidate is a proven
sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching, and has a
relentless drive for results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own all revenue targets and KPIs across assigned studios, including new membership
- sales, total revenue, retail, attrition, and ancillary services.
- Analyze performance reports and metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to drive
- accountability and exceed goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational leaders to execute local campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
Directly lead, coach, and develop Studio Sales Managers and Sales Associates within the region.Travel between Massachusetts and Rhode Island studios for hands on supportConduct regular in-person and virtual studio visits, providing hands-on training and mentorship to drive sales excellence.Implement sales training programs, playbooks, and performance management tools to ensure consistent execution of Orangetheory sales processes.Identify and develop future leaders within the region to support succession planning and business growth.Performance Management
Monitor and drive performance through clear KPIs : closing percentages, net memberships, show rates, lead conversion, revenue growth, and upsell metrics.Address performance gaps through action plans, coaching, and accountability measures.Ensure all studios are aligned with corporate expectations and operating at peak performance.Collaboration & Communication
Serve as the key liaison between corporate leadership and studio teams, ensuring alignment with company vision and priorities.Communicate effectively and consistently with cross-functional partners (fitness, operations, and marketing).Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and high energy across all locations.Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit sales leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or retail industries.Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals across multiple locations.Strong coaching and team development skills with a hands-on leadership approach.Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate KPIs into clear actions.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.What We Offer
