Job Summary :
SmithRx is looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to join the company's Customer Success team to support all core Implementation functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product.
What you will do :
Responsible for being the main point of contact for TPA (an external client) for new group implementationsResponsible for gathering the TPA requirements which include but are not limited to points of contacts, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, etc.Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and toolsAssist the Implementation Manager and / or Implementation Analysts with project tasks throughout the new group implementation lifecycleMaintain a detailed project plan and an open items log for project monitoring purposesManage day to day coordination and task managements for a pod of Implementation Managers and / or Implementation Specialists to maintain workplace productivityConduct administrative tasks supporting data entry of new group implementations within the applicable systemsBuild client profile utilizing CRM toolAct as a liaison between the internal contracting team and the Implementation TeamAct as a liaison between the internal invoicing team and the Implementation TeamProvide go live support to the Implementation Managers, Implementation Analysts and the TPAParticipate in post go live discussion to improve identified performance opportunitiesParticipate in the new group implementation lifecycleParticipate in internal and external client meetingsAbility to organize high volume tasks and meet the appropriate deadline(s) or project milestonesProvide attention to detail on all project requirements to ensure the client's needs are metAbility to be a self-starter and take initiativesWhat you will bring to SmithRx :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredHealthcare and / or pharmacy experience strongly preferredExperience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clientsExperience in a customer service roleCorporate experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredProficiency in the Google platform / apps preferredProficiency using SalesforceStrong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondenceStrong team orientation and desire to succeedFlexible, adaptable, and able to respond under the pressure of a fast-paced technology companyAbility to work with tight deadlines and solve for near term deliverablesAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks with grace, efficiency, and ownershipWhat SmithRx Offers You :
