The Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. This position offers consistent work and the support of a stable, local company.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair : Perform routine maintenance and complex diagnostic repairs on residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Installation : Execute new system installations, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensuring compliance with all local codes.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and safety control issues efficiently.
• Customer Interaction : Professionally communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to clients.
• Documentation : Accurately complete work orders, invoices, and service reports.
