Shift : Nights, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1320–$1410

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact nursing license

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required

AHCA clearance required for all Florida travel nurses

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg RN experience in a hospital setting

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med / Surg Stroke Unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments

Educate patients and families on health conditions, stroke care, and post-discharge instructions

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment according to hospital policies
