Din Tai Fung North America is hiring a Greeter / Host / Hostess to greet and host guests, using the restaurant's text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at assigned tables in a way that promotes efficiency and great guest experience.

Interview Expectations

The interview process includes a required one-way video interview recording. Candidates who do not complete this portion will not be able to move forward.

Pay

Pay rate for Greeter : $17.27 / hour + estimated $12.25 - $12.50 / hr in tips. The base salary or hourly wage range may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors. The range is not inclusive of potential bonuses or benefits. Recruiter can share more information during the hiring process.

Job Purpose

Greeters / Hosts / Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests and managing seating to optimize wait times and guest experience.

Job Requirements for Greeter

We are seeking friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
