We’re looking for a Client Director who can lead client relationships, translate strategic goals into actionable briefs, and ensure our delivery teams consistently hit performance targets.
Role Overview
The Client Director owns the client relationship from kickoff to renewal.
You’ll act as the strategic and operational hub aligning client objectives with creative and media execution, managing timelines, and reporting performance outcomes.
This role combines account management, strategic leadership, and consultative selling. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and Operations Lead to ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and a strong client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.
Translate client goals into clear creative briefs, working with the Creative Director to set strategy.
Oversee campaign setup, launch, and optimization in collaboration with the media and creative teams.
Review and interpret campaign performance reports; communicate insights to clients clearly and confidently.
Manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts with speed and accuracy.
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support proposal development.
Serve as the client’s internal advocate while holding internal teams accountable for timelines and quality.
Qualifications
5+ years in account management, client success, or marketing strategy roles within performance marketing, advertising, or SaaS.
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills able to present creative strategies and performance results persuasively.
Understanding of digital ad funnels (Meta, email, landing pages) and lead-gen KPIs.
Experience with real estate or financial clients is a plus.
Organized, assertive, and comfortable managing up and across teams.
Compensation & Environment
Salary : $85K$110K , depending on experience
Bonus potential based on retention and client growth
Remote, high-performance environment with a fast-moving creative team
