The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, and culinary functions. This hands-on leadership role ensures both front-of-house and back-of-house teams deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience aligned with Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Marriott brand standards.
The ideal candidate will be a visible leader on the floor, fostering teamwork, driving service excellence, and ensuring consistent operational and financial performance.
