- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
- Communicate effectively with other leads and management on production challenges and successes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the team
