We're hiring on behalf of a reputable, family-owned Mechanical Contractor based in Brookfield, CT. This growing company serves local commercial clients and is known for its high-quality work and strong, family-oriented culture.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems with a focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and occasional installations. You'll be expected to perform these tasks in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Below you will find more information about the job duties and requirements.

What we offer

• Up to $45 / hour plus overtime, depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we can request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
• Guaranteed 40+ hours per week with occasional OT
• No on-call duties and no overnight travel
