Traveling Superintendent - SoCal

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground up commercial construction projects across Southern California and throughout the United States as needed. This role is ideal for a hands on field leader with strong tilt up or industrial construction experience who thrives in fast paced environments and is comfortable traveling for projects. The Superintendent's home base must be within the Southern California region.

What You'll Do: Lead all on site construction activities from project start through completion Oversee ground up commercial projects including tilt up concrete and or industrial structures Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and company policies Maintain daily field reports, schedules, and accurate progress updates Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve field issues efficiently Represent Uprite professionally with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects Tilt up construction and or industrial project experience required Strong commercial construction background including industrial, warehouse, or large scale projects Home base must be located within the Southern California region Ability and willingness to travel across Southern California and throughout the United States as project needs require Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Travel and Compensation Travel required based on project needs Per diem provided for travel assignments
