Senior Director, Global Program Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Program Management, Obesity - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of strategic plans in collaboration with the Product Team

Engage partners and maintain continuous communication with the CMZ SLT regarding program dynamics

Recruit, hire, manage, and coach Program Management staff to build a successful team

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 5 years, Master's degree and 9 years, or Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience

5 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects

10+ years of industry experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare fields preferred

Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional drug development teams

PMP certification and / or advanced project management skills preferred
