Our set menu includes classic breakfast favorites as well as satisfying lunch options. We’re looking for a Chef / Cook with strong breakfast experience who can bring consistency, flavor, and quality to every plate served. Position Overview : We’re seeking a talented Breakfast Chef / Cook who can expertly prepare our established breakfast menu. The ideal candidate has a passion for early-morning cooking, enjoys creating hearty, perfectly timed meals, and values a clean, efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order with speed, consistency, and presentation in mind. Execute the established lunch and dinner menu as needed. Manage morning prep to ensure a smooth transition between meal services. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Monitor inventory, prep levels, and communicate restock needs. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting. Strong understanding of breakfast timing, techniques, and presentation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple orders during peak breakfast hours. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering quality meals. Schedule : Part-time position; early mornings required. Includes possible lunch and dinner service as scheduled. Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
