Position Summary
The Portfolio Analyst - partnering with internal finance and resource managers, as well as outside parties. Leverages system of record financial data as needed to generate insightful, actionable reporting. Creates tailored and broad communications to monitor financial health and ensure adherence to cyclical workflows. Presents analysis to senior leadership as needed. Coordinates team participation in financial transformation and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Required Skills / Experience
Strong Microsoft Excel and ability to rationalize data / number crunch
Capable of generating clear and informative reporting via excel or other tools
Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create impactful presentation materials
Very strong written and verbal communications
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Adept at coordinating and facilitating across diverse teams
Organized and effect at tracking progress and following-up on results
Desired Skills / Experience
Experience working in SharePoint (document management, forms, updating lists, etc.)
Experience presenting information to leadership
