Position Summary : The Director of IT Change Management is a strategic leader accountable for creating, executing, and measuring adoption strategies that ensure technology changes deliver measurable business impact across the enterprise. This leader transforms how IT delivers value by making organizational change feel like intentional progress rather than disruptive chaos, bridging the gap between technical delivery and human adoption. The Director combines deep change management expertise with campaign-style strategy development, building data-driven frameworks that align technology initiatives with business readiness. This role owns end-to-end accountability for adoption outcomesfrom strategy formulation through measurement and optimizationensuring technology investments achieve their intended business results through sustained behavior change and user adoption.

Compensation : At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $138,200.00 - $180,000.00 USD
