Position Summary

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you can build your career while supporting the efforts of our UCLA Chancellor’s Society team. The UCLA Chancellor’s Society program builds enduring relationships with alumni, parents, students, and friends of the university, and extends the University’s gratitude to those who invest their time and resources in making UCLA one of the world’s premier educational institutions. We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator with strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills to support our Chancellor’s Society team. In this role, you will learn about fundraising and build meaningful relationships with donors and colleagues by assisting with scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, managing information, and travel planning if needed. This is a great opportunity to make an impact as you provide critical organization and planning skills to our team, hone your customer service skills, and work on a wide variety of projects that support our programs and initiatives.
