About Us : This role is ideal for a self-driven sales leader who is comfortable owning the entire sales cycle, building processes where they don t yet exist, and leveraging industry knowledge and strategies. If you thrive on building relationships, creating your own roadmap for success, and driving strategic growth initiatives from the ground up.

What You ll Do : In this role, you will take ownership of client growth and revenue generation by :

  • Driving strategic sales initiatives
  • Leading the full sales cycle
  • Designing customized staffing solutions
  • Partnering with recruiting and branch leadership teams
  • Monitoring & analyze key sales metrics

What We re Looking For :

  • A results-oriented sales leader
  • 2+ years of proven success in business development
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and execute growth plans.
