Must have own cleaning equipment, business license, phase II. insurance, transport, file intent with the state will send info. Prevailing wage if you hire someone. You still would have to file an intent with state even if you don't hire someone. One level school in Brewster WA 3 days from 7am til 4pm pay is minimum of $700 can pay $1,000 for the 3 days contingent on how much you get done the first day.
