• Post-graduate degree or diploma in a Financial and/or Business field, or equivalent experience; completion or progress towards an accounting designation is an asset Minimum 3 years experience working in financial and operational planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting Excellent project planning and execution skills through a combination of formal Project Management education and work experience Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts related to costing analysis, and operational efficiency measurement techniques Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Excel, strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word and experience in the development of database and business solutions using Microsoft Access Experience with FileMaker Pro, Oracle financial suite, Hyperion Planning, Info Library and MPTS is preferred Highly effective communications skills, strong attention to detail, and sound analytical and problem-solving skills
