Quality Associate / Engineer - Entry Level

Location : Duluth, GA

Experience : New grads welcome! 1-2 years of experience a plus

2 Year contract - Conversion potential

Pay : 25.00-35.00 DOE

Are you passionate about quality, precision, and making an impact? Join our dynamic QA team as an Entry-Level Quality Engineer and help shape products that meet the highest standards in safety and performance.

• Lead quality activities including product impact assessments, non-conformance investigations, and quarantine management.
• Serve as the Quality lead on Production Triage teams-driving issue resolution and ensuring compliance with FDA (21 CFR 820), ISO, and internal standards.
• Conduct process and production audits, analyze results for trends, and recommend improvements.
• Champion process improvement projects-from business case through implementation.
• Perform failure investigations, apply root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
