2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industryExperience managing and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environmentMust be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needsStrong communication, organization, planning, and adaptive to changing business prioritiesReview results against business goals and strategies and deliver plans for growth and improvementManage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative mannerAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business informationAbility to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environmentAbility to lift / move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuouslyPreferred skills and experience :
