Job description1 year experience -REQUIRED Active IL License or IMLC - REQUIRED CSR License- REQUIRED Provider to supervise APP s -REQUIRED Certifications : ACLS, BLS- REQUIRED Admit s, H&P s, F / u s, consults, rounding etc Provider is required to make rounds in the hospital prior to clinic hours 8a-9a Once completed they will then see patients in the clinic 9a-4 : 30p Solo coverage Support staff : RN's, Nurse Navagators Total patient load (Clinic+Inpatient)- 10 Clinic- Mostly patients in therapy that day No new patients seen by locum's Procedures : Possible if need to preform a bone marrow asspiration. Will need to treat AML but no new. Average admissions while on call : 5 EMR : Epic

- Tue-Fri 8a-4 : 30p inpatient then clinic 9-12, 1-4
- Call coverage 4 : 30p-8a Tues-Fri
