Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing Platform team at Grow Therapy, you’ll be leading the continuous development of our foundational billing systems that are crucial to our business model. Your team’s primary goals include improving revenue cycles, ensuring that providers are paid for their services, and collecting payments from our insurance company partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned engineering leader to make an immediate impact on our rapidly scaling engineering team.
Compensation : The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $265,000 USD. Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
