SERVICE ADVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER

The position of Service Advisor / Assistant Manager at Phil's Car Care requires a highly motivated and skilled individual to oversee daily operations and ensure both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within a busy automotive service environment. The selected candidate will assume a leadership role in the absence of the owner and is expected to manage all aspects of business production, including meeting performance goals and handling customer relations in a professional manner.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
• Proven track record of achieving performance goals and demonstrating ethical behavior in a service-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in customer interactions, to ensure effective needs assessment and service recommendations.
• Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

PAY

$48,000 to $78,000 / year which is made up of a base salary plus bonus incentives.
