Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales educator to join our brilliant and enthusiastic Sales team in our premium countertop showroom in Alpharetta! If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity in sales and you are motivated, driven and results oriented, join our sales team. Our Sales Consultants provide top notch customer service and excel in a fast-paced environment. We are one of a kind!

Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders. Qualified candidates must feel comfortable prospecting as needed as well as reach out to daily leads in a timely manner. Project management ability, follow-up and basic analytical skills are a must. We provide on-the-job training. Work one Saturday a month.

Benefits :

Total potential compensation combined (base salary plus commission) can be $70,000-$100,000 annually, but not limited to.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Work one Saturday a month.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Knowledge of countertops or experience in the construction background is a PLUS!

Strong organizational and multi tasking skills for managing all phases of projects

Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented

Strong communication skills both verbal and written communication

Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
