Heavy Machine Operator (Excavator & Loader)

Location : Oakland, CA

Pay Range : $28-30 / hr DOE

We are hiring a Heavy Machine Operator to join a leading aggregate material company ! This company specializes in high-quality, eco-friendly recycling, saving thousands of tons of construction debris from landfills each year. Their work supports infrastructure projects from pothole repairs to housing developments, and partners with government agencies, contractors, and community organizations.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate excavators and loaders to efficiently and safely process, load, and transport aggregate materials at the production yard. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art facility that processes 1,500+ tons daily, and your work will directly contribute to helping the environment. What You’ll Do

• Safely maneuver excavators and loaders in confined spaces to process, load, and transport recycled materials.
• Perform routine inspections and basic upkeep to ensure machinery efficiency.
• Communicate with supervisors, logistics teams, and crew members to align on production needs and equipment status.
• Uphold strict safety protocols in a zero-incident workplace.
