The primary purpose of this position is to assist in product receiving, inventory, and storage. This includes pricing, stocking, and rotating products while maintaining a high level of customer service and food safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives deliveries, breaks down deliveries, rotates cooler
• Weighs, prices, and labels product
• Stocks cases
• Prepares valued-added products
• Rotates products
• Practices and complies with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Processes cuts for service counter and special orders
• Sets service case (if applicable)
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Demonstrates the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
• Performs other duties as assigned
