As a Security Officer Armed Retail Patrol Driver in Austin TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere within a busy retail environment. You will conduct regular patrols throughout the location remaining visible to provide reassurance to patrons and staff. This role is both armed and driving requiring you to respond promptly to incidents while upholding our commitment to customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate healthcare and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
