Service Advisor Responsibilities
Oversee the flow of Drive Lane and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.Provide accurate repair cost estimates and be knowledgeable of the maintenance schedules for vehicles.Service Advisor Qualifications
Previous experience as service advisor, customer service, or related sales positionOrganized and friendly personalityDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentTime management skillsFantastic communication skills with your customersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearance.Clean driving recordWilling to submit to a background checkWe are an equal opportunity employer.
