Now Hiring : Contract Administrator (Temp – Hybrid)

📍 Location : Cedars-Sinai Medical Center – West Hollywood, CA

🕒 Schedule : Day Shift | 5x8 (08 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

📅 Assignment Duration : 13 weeks

🚀 Start Date : October 27, 2025

💵 Pay Rate : $30 – $40 per hour

📌 Weekend Requirement : None

📌 On-Call : None

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. This hybrid role requires onsite training for the first 2 weeks, with at least 2 days per week onsite afterward (more as needed). The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis, contracting, and negotiation expertise, with Oracle Cloud experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all contract-related activities and processes for assigned procurement categories.
  • Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and supply assurance.
  • Evaluate suppliers, oversee negotiations, bids, rebates, and contract closeouts.
  • Partner with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and distributors to expand product / vendor base.
  • Provide benchmarking reports, scenario models, and cost analyses to support executive decisions.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Drive process improvements, resource utilization, and policy standardization across departments.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Procurement, or related field.
  • Experience : 3–5 years in purchasing, contract management, and vendor negotiations in a large / complex environment (multi-hospital preferred).
  • Technical Skills : Advanced Excel, ERP experience (Oracle required), contract database / ERP systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently.
