OBGYNs and Pediatricians needed

Multi-Specialty Health Center dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the diverse communities of Chicago seeks 3 OBGYN generalists and 2 Pediatricians between now and the summer of 2026. They have five locations and offer a broad range of services including primary care, specialty care, dental, behavioral health, and more. Their mission is to improve the health and well-being of all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances. This is an excellent opportunity for practicing physicians and new graduates interested in providing comprehensive women's health care in an academic, community-focused environment.

New hires will be part of a congenial and supportive team, working in a position that offers a lifestyle-friendly schedule with the opportunity for academic involvement and the chance to impact patient care in a vibrant urban setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population, including prenatal care, routine gynecological exams, and management of complex gynecological conditions.
• Perform a full range of GYN surgeries, with access to robotic surgery at affiliated hospitals.
• Collaborate with residents and medical students as part of the academic affiliation.
• Providers average 6-7 deliveries monthly / 80-90 as a group. They average 3 office days weekly with 1 call shift and the post-call day off.
• Participate in a call schedule with 1 weekly 24-hour weekday shift (M-F) and 1 48-hour weekend shift per month. Call can be taken from home.
• Serve a diverse, multicultural patient base in a mission-driven environment with a focus on community health.
• Potential involvement in research and quality improvement initiatives.
