LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Accounting Manager for our client in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of corporate cash operations, including daily cash positioning, bank account transactions, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and supervise the AP team and oversee daily operations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
• Drive automation and process improvements across AP workflows.
• Support AP month-end close.

Experience

Skills / Knowledge

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel-VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and accounting software / ERP system knowledge required.

Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven.

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Salary Range

$75-85K
