Job Description

Lead full-cycle project management for ground-up commercial builds. Collaborate with estimating and design teams from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the project. Participate in conceptual estimating and design-build coordination. Report directly to company leadership and maintain accountability for project outcomes. Work on one project at a time, with full ownership from start to finish. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• At least 5 years in a stable, long-term role
• Strong background in ground-up construction
• Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
• Design-build and conceptual estimating experience is a plus
• Must be commutable to Boylston, MA (no remote / hybrid options)
