Job description

A company is looking for an Energy Efficiency Consultant to guide energy teams in implementing energy efficiency activities.

Key Responsibilities

Motivate and coach plant / facility management and teams

Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans

Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits

Required Qualifications

Experience with continuous improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles

Ability to analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis

Experience in writing reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Proficiency in conducting site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities

Ability to develop site improvement plans
