Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary : $400,000-$425,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities : The physician will deliver comprehensive pain management care, diagnosing and treating patients with chronic and acute pain conditions while managing an established patient base from the outset. This role involves performing advanced interventional procedures, such as spinal cord stimulators, Intracept, MILD, Vertiflex, kyphoplasty, and potentially regenerative therapies, to address complex pain conditions. The physician will develop individualized, multimodal treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring optimal outcomes. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists is essential to provide holistic, patient-centered care. The role also includes maintaining accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and staying abreast of advancements in pain management to contribute innovative ideas to the practice's growth and development.
