We are looking for the right person to help lead our sales team in Keizer, Oregon. This is a Hybrid position that requires a desking and finance background. If you are currently doing finance and would like an opportunity to desk as well this might be a good fit.

Responsibilities
Build Relationships : Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.Consultative Selling : Assist customers in securing loans and selecting financial products.Product Expertise : Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.Professional Team Development : Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly.Report : Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Bring Your 'A Game' : Come to work every day with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.Qualifications
2 years previous desking or finance experience preferred or a combination of both.CRM experience required.CUDL / Routeone / Dealertrack experience required.Available to work flexible hours and weekends.Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.Eager to learn new product details and improve continuously.Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.Clean driving record and valid driver's license.Benefit Package

This position has a monthly guarantee and is paid on commission.
Typical range is $86,000-$200,000 depending on performance.
