Position Overview
CWT is seeking an Operations Support Specialist II
Position Description
Analyzes and track transaction errors
Identifies recurrent errors according to source and cause to provide feedback to the accountable team for action
Corrects all errors to ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes
Creates and maintains account-specific reporting fields
Handles various invoicing processes in the back-office system
Ensures collection and / or notification of missed transaction fees
Works with multiple proprietary and industry reporting systems such as ARC, BSP, Glory, Matrix, AQUA, etc.
Ensure proper documentation within PNRs and data systems
Attends team meetings to receive updates, address challenges, and share best practices
Works independently in high volume / fast-paced environment
Keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Takes prompt corrective actions where necessary, or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
May perform other duties as backup to areas of the department as assigned
May be required to assist with department-related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Experience & Education :
High school diploma
3+ years of industry experience
GDS knowledge
English fluent
Ability to pass extended government background required
Must be a US citizen or resident
Strong knowledge of travel management reporting fields preferred
Detail-oriented to ensure a high level of data accuracy
Basic MS Office skills to create spreadsheets, tables, and documents
Excellent oral / written communication skills to communicate with team members, supervisor, and manager
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Ability to meet productivity goals
Strong organization / time management skills
