Example 4 hours before or after start of shift, like 2pm to 6am.)\nWeekend requirements : Every other weekend\nHoliday requirements : Typically rotates every other\nFloat requirements : all 3 wings at facility\nOn-Call requirements : None\nExperience 1-2 years\nEHR : Matrix Care\nEducation : ASN or BSN\nCertifications : WI or Compact RN License and AHA BLS\nUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 300 wing = 33 beds, but current census is 26. Mix of hospice and LTC patients.
