  • Job Overview :

    • We are seeking a dedicated Offensive Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching and working with students. If you have a passion for developing athletes and leading offensive strategies, we want to hear from you.

  • Duties :
  • Develop and implement offensive game plans
  • Analyze opponent defenses and create strategies to exploit weaknesses
  • Lead offensive drills and practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to players
  • Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure cohesive team performance
  • Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement
  • Requirements :
  • Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in offensive strategies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of various sports such as football, basketball, or soccer
  • Ability to work with students and manage behavior effectively
  • Adult CPR First Aid / AED Certified
