Now Hiring : Licensed Customs Entry Specialist (LCB)
Are you a highly skilled Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) focused on compliance and flawless execution? We are seeking a Licensed Customs Entry Specialist to manage the accurate preparation, filing, and overall compliance of customs entries. This role is crucial for ensuring full adherence to all U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agencies (PGA) regulations.

Salary Range : $32.00 - $38.50 per hour
Schedule : Ability to work a flexible schedule, typically your schedule will be 8 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM
What You'll Do :
You will be the compliance expert on the team, owning the end-to-end customs entry process. Your focus will be on precision, speed, and regulatory accuracy to ensure shipments clear customs without delay.
Prepare, review, and transmit customs entries for import shipments, ensuring full compliance with CBP and PGA regulations.
Verify all import documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.) for accuracy before filing.
Apply expert knowledge of HTS tariff classification, valuation, and duty / tax assessment .
Promptly resolve customs rejections, queries, and discrepancies.
Ensure the timely release of shipments to avoid costly delays and demurrage charges.
Respond to client and internal team inquiries regarding customs clearance, duty rates, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., CSMS messages) and apply changes to entry processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation required for CBP compliance and support audits.
What You Bring to the Table :
An Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB) is required.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of HTS classification, valuation, free trade agreements, and PGA requirements (FDA, USDA, EPA, DOT, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and customs entry systems (ABI / ACE) .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience with both air and ocean imports and FDA / USDA clearances is a plus.
