About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People Analytics and Systems to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic use of data and systems for workforce decision-making. The successful candidate will be a key partner to People, HRIS, Finance, and Business leaders, with a focus on enhancing the People Analytics strategy, particularly in the areas of HR systems integration, data structure, and scalability. This role demands a leader with a strong background in People Analytics, HRIS, Workforce Planning, or HR Strategy, and a deep expertise in HRIS platforms, with a preference for Workday. The Head of People Analytics and Systems will be responsible for ensuring data governance, quality, and consistency across all People systems and analytics tools, as well as translating complex data into clear business insights to support senior leaders in decision-making.
Applicants for the Head of People Analytics and Systems position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a related field and a proven track record of connecting people data to organizational performance and strategy. The role requires a hands-on, player-coach leadership style, capable of balancing vision with execution, and the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills with analytics tools and experience in fast-paced, evolving environments. Responsibilities include leading the design and maintenance of executive-level dashboards, collaborating on headcount planning, organizational design, and workforce forecasting, and coaching the existing analytics team member to scale capabilities and insights across the People function.
