As a Commercial Banker II - Mid Market with National Builder Finance ('NBF') you'll be responsible for identifying a target market for new business of institutional caliber with a focus on Lot Banking, Land Development, Build-to-Rent, Vertical Construction, Homebuilder Facilities, etc., and subsequently developing and establishing a book of new business from those relationships. The NBF Team finances Projects throughout the country in various markets with a focus on strong fundamentals and risk adjusted return. Key responsibilities include negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of a variety of major and complex loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures; develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers. You'll also be responsible for assisting clients with deposit related products and services, as well as gathering and analyzing client information to recommend appropriate deposit product solutions.What you'll need:
